The worst Home inspection ever. We hired this inspector to inspect we was from out of state so be our realtors husband we dependent and trusted on him, .Receptacles don’t work in a bedroom.Closets lights don’t work. Large gaps indoors. Can see daylight. Paid him to reinspect. Still is not right. Roof even missing shingle. sinks drain water very slow.Did not even get that. Would not recommend this company. Also tryed selling us a roof for $16.000.00 But didn’t see missing shingles. Shawn was very inexperienced and unprofessional.
It’s sad you say that! We paid you to do our home inspection as I told you were from another state. We have a bedroom none of the receptacles work. Plumbing drains partly clogged. Missing roof shingles.windows that won’t lock, Plus many other items this is costing us $1000.00s to fix and you wanted your money up front. Warning this ain’t the inspector you want or need.

Sean was very great!!!!! He was very professional and He took his time during our home inspection. He was able to fit us in his schedule last minute and right before the holidays! Sean also gave us a detailed report very quickly. I would highly recommend him to anyone!

UPDATED: Since we have moved into our condo purchased over 5 months ago, we have experienced many areas/systems that have have let us down: both toilets, a garbage disposer, the kitchen faucet with spray, a dishwasher, a gas log fireplace. Some didn't work before closing. Some had to be replaced after moving in. All this turning into thousands of dollars for us to repair, replace or live without.
