They dropped a load of gravel for our driveway and backed over the corner of our concrete slab. It broke off a large chunk of the concrete. The driver said they would send someone back to make a straight cut on the corner and patch it. I work in construction and from experience I know that would result in a very apparent repair since the colors won’t match. I also don’t trust others to perform work that I’m not directly overseeing. I informed JC landscaping the following day of damages and that the suggested repair would not work for us. The response I received was very frustrating.

I prefer to fix the slab myself so I’m not even looking to have them make any repairs. It is very difficult to fix damaged concrete and have it look as good as it once did. We will have to live with an unsightly repair but more sincerity from JC Landscape would have made this experience a little less disappointing. We would’ve been happy to settle for a partial refund equivalent to materials for the repair, a discount on future purchases or even a more genuine response. Instead JC landscape chose to blame what happened on “chance” vs. accountability for driver negligence. Read the fine print on their invoices!
Went smoothly and will be using them more in the future. From placing the order to the delivery of materials. Great service!

The company needs help. Every time I call I’m always being put on hold for at least 5 to 10 mins every time. They need to hire more people. Companies that run like this won’t be in business for long. Terrible terrible. So if y’all looking for stuff don’t call this company or do business with them if they just going to put you on hold and take forever to answer.

I initially was excited to do business with this team after looking at photos of their previous work and speaking with one of their members over the phone. Unfortunately they scheduled a site estimate with me and then no showed the estimate with no contact at all. It was a burden on myself to take time off of a work to be home to meet them, just to have them no show the appointment and not even attempt to make contact with me, even after the fact. I did send an email to them them voicing my concern in hopes that they might respond and at least attempt to reschedule the app, but no response. Disappointed we couldn't work together.

I bought some compost from them and it was better than what I was expecting. I thought I might have to screen out some larger junk from the pile, but no, it was pleasantly fine and dark. Also, I called and was able to get next day delivery. Great service!

This company is a great community resource. They helped get our school's garden started with some beautiful soil. Their 50/50 soil is rich and will ensure a great crop of vegetables and flowers for the students to enjoy this spring!! Thank you!

Highly recommend! Great service. The landscaping around our pool now has a classy look. All this done in less than a day. Leveled, fabric, layered rocks and added these beautiful slate stones to send it to the next level. I cannot say enough on how pleased we are.

I can't recommend this place enough. I called this morning for information on river rock and to possibly place and order thinking it would take awhile to get. Not only they were super helpful and incrediblly knowledgeable but he was also very patient with me while I asked all my questions as I have never order rocks before. When I told him my vision and asked him to pick the best sizes since he could see them and I needed a mix he had no problem doing that for me. When it showed up it was absolutely perfect, just what I wanted. Speaking of delivery I genuinely expected him to tell me next week sometime but no he was like I can be there before lunch. I couldn't believe it and was so impressed that not only did they have it here the same day but the same morning to be completely honest. When he showed up he was very fast and professional and got our rocks as close as possible to our project site. All around absolutely wonderful experience!
