Worst customer service we’ve had from any vendor in the 14 months we’ve been in the area. Customer service very slow to respond. Multiple Faulty equipment issues in the middle of the night they couldn’t resolve. Waiting on detective water detection device for over 3 months. Locked into contract and can’t wait to get out of it. Update My apologies to this company. My issue is with is with Central Security & Communications which is located at 6831 E 32nd St #100, Indianapolis, IN 46219. Jason was very gracious and timely in helping me sort this out.

It may be just a bad apple, it is what it is. I have zero trust that Central Security appreciates or values its customers. Money is what business is ultimately about, connections and relationships are what keeps business and money flowing. It took six months to make contact with their service representative for repairs, he promised to return the next week to finish repairs, and instead ghosted us again. He does not answer or return phone calls. This has left our organization without operational security equipment. There is no way I would recommend this company at this time. I have sent a message to the company email box in hopes of resolving this matter. I will update with the results. In the meantime, really consider what is important to you when making a financial decision on security equipment.

I have been a customer of Central Security Systems for many years, and have always received excellent customer service. The few times I've had an issue, they have promptly contacted me and resolved it. I recently contacted them with an issue, and within hours had a technician at my house. He was professional, friendly and efficient. He also wore a mask which I appreciated. Sandhills CSS always makes it right. I intend to be a customer for years to come.

My mother was with a national security company prior to discovering Central Home Security Systems in Southern Pines. The comparison between the two companies surprised her. She now has no wait time to speak with customer service. The price of installation was far more reasonable. The owners, techs, and office personnel took a personal interest in her safety and peace of mind. This company is based on service, not only to their customers but to their community.

Jason is highly knowledgeable and addressed all of my questions and concerns when it came to my home's security. He never tried to sell us packages but instead met our unique needs and provided a variety of options. Jason and his team are also extremely responsive and professional. We are so glad we went with Central Security!
