We have used Thomas for several inspections of both new and old houses. He is the best! He has all the tools needed to reach the hard to get to areas and he gives a complete and honest assessment of what he finds. He responds fast to requests, his reports show up fast and he is a pleasure to work with. I cannot recommend him enough.

Fantastic experience. Recommended by my realtor and we decided to use him for our new build independent inspections and our pre-list inspection for our current home. Super nice, thorough, and fast turnaround for the reports. The reports are very professional and help us stay organized for things we want to address moving forward. Would 1000% recommend!! Update… Tommy did both our pre-closing inspection on our new build. We couldn’t be happier! He found a few key things everyone else missed that would have cost us after closing. Tom took the time to show up early just so the weather didn't interrupt the inspection outside. He was very professional, thorough, and provided great insight on what to look for during the walk through orientation. I would definately recommend him to anyone in my family.

Tommy was referred to us by a colleague when we were in the initial building phase, and after the initial service was so good - we signed up for the other checks at the end of the first year of being in the house too.
Tommy has been truly excellent: Not only is he super personable/friendly, but he took way more time than he needed to in walking us through our questions and explaining things to us at all steps in the process, the communication has been excellent, and you get a full report with pictures etc to share with the builders at the end.
Would highly recommend, and we have done so to our neighbors.

TOP CHOICE could easily be named TOP NOTCH. My experience with TOP CHOICE has been great. The website signing up and paying for his services sets the stage for what you can expect from Thomas’ home inspection. Thomas is very friendly and his work thorough. All reports were detailed and submitted on time and complete. All questions answered. Not only do you get detailed home inspection documents, you get a Thumb drive with numerous pictures to review if needed. That’s a big plus. I would highly recommend TOP CHOICE to everyone.

Almost bought a home without an inspection because I was familiar with prior owners, but extremely glad I decided to call Top Choice. Thomas was thorough and took the time to walk through the house with me pointing out and discussing several of the items that would be going in the report. He was knowledgeable in building products being used at time the house was constructed. His report was very professional and the online process for billing etc. was very convenient and made the process easy. I would not hesitate to call on him for future inspections.

Tommy made the inspection process wonderful for us. We've used some inspectors in the past that I would describe as "acceptable", but Tommy really stepped it up in a lot of ways to give us a great experience. He was quick to schedule, cheaper than other options we looked at, and provided a level of service that I've never seen before in home inspections. He uses a bunch of cool tech to go beyond quick looks into things, and found some very interesting stuff. Communication was A+, service was A+, and Tommy seems like a great guy too. Wouldn't use anyone else, will be recommending him to any friends going through this process.
