Luis was recommended to me by my realtor for a replacement roof. When I called he answered right away and showed up the next day to look at it. His price was fair compared to the other companies. He made the process easy for me. When they came to replace the roof his guys were great. Everyone was incredibly nice and did a fantastic job. Along with the roof they replaced the fascia on the front of my house because it was peeling and looked awful. They cleaned up everything thoroughly, locked my gate back so my dogs didn’t escape and even brought a toy down my kids threw up there and put it in my front porch. My roof looks great, I couldn’t be happier with the results! If I could rate more than 5 stars I would. Thank you Luis and the guys at 50 North Roofing!

50 North did the metal on our new building and our seamless gutters on our house and shop. They did a great job and kept the work area clean as they worked. We are very happy with the result and would use them again.

These guys are great and very knowledgeable. They did a great job on our house and we are very pleased with the professional and response from the whole 50 North team. The owner stays involved throughout the whole process and even after the work is completed. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to get a new roof put on.

I called 50 North Roofing as I had a leak in my home. Luis returned my call within minutes. He offered to come to my home that day and examine the problem. He arrived on time, and after inspecting my roof, he determined that the leak was most likely plumbing related and not from a leaky roof. He examined the bathroom fixtures and recommended a plumber that might be able to help me.
He could have very easily told me that I needed a new roof or charged me for a service that I don't necessarily need now, but he did not.
Luis was honest, reliable and knowledgeable about my issue. I will definitely reach back out to him, when I am ready to replace my roof!

If I had an option for more stars I would give them more! Finally a company that delivers on what they say and has amazing customer service. Seems like we as a country have forgot what customer service means. 50 North Roofing goes above and beyond to achieve a quality roof install with great quality products. I’m not easily impressed with contractors but I’m very impressed with this company.

From the first contact with Luis, I knew we were in competent hands. I called on Saturday to get an estimate on roof and siding repairs due to wind damage from a previous storm. The work was completed the following Monday! Luis from start to finish had great communication. A quote was given and explained and very realistic reasonable pricing was agreed upon and the invoice matched the estimate given. His team showed up Monday morning and finished the repairs with great skill the same day. They went above and beyond to ensure that the work was done right with complete and 100 percent satisfaction. They were courteous and hard working. We highly recommend this company and will keep them on top of our list for any future work.

EVERY SINGLE REVIEW ON THIS COMPANY IS 5 STARS!!!! LET ME ADD ANOTHER!!! Louis was professional and super nice! I called on a Thursday, He came the same day. He listen to what I had to say, seen that we were in a bind with the need for an immediate roof repair. He insured me that his crew would be here the next day on Friday he wanted to get it done for us because it was going to rain on Saturday. He was very considerate of our needs and considered the situation with the possibility of More damages due to the upcoming weather. And they were here on Friday the very next day they did the work within an hour and were done. The work was outstanding very satisfactory! And he is getting us an estimate drawn up for replacing the entire roof. I could have not be more pleased with the service received from this company!! I had called others and they quoted me for a not so big of a repair nearly $1,000. His quote for the repair was nowhere near that! Fairly priced great work nice considerate people what more can you ask for!!!

My new construction roof at Wrightsville Beach had leaks for 3 weeks before Luis visited. He answered the phone and showed up the very next morning.
The builder’s roofer was not able to identify the leaks and eventually stopped answering.
Luis found the cause of the leaks and gave excellent advice. He spent the time and actually cared about us and our home.
Trust this roofing company over the rest!!
