We have purchased blinds from the Blind Spot multiple times over the last 12 years. Great selection and excellent customer service…the staff quickly grasps what you need and points you to the right solution at the right price point. After-sale service is top-notch.

The Blind Spot installed 4 Hunter Douglas blinds for us 17 years ago which have worked great until one of the blinds cord broke.
We called Dan and he immediately came to our house, took down the blind, and sent it off for repairs. A week later Dan returned and installed the repaired blind.All of this at no cost to us.
Excellent customer service with a smile!!!!!
