Overall

Came in to get a stump grinder. I've never rented heavy machinery before but the process was smooth and The grinder worked nicely. The guys behind the counter were friendly. I recommend them if you're looking for quick easy rentals

DO NOT RENT! told me one price then change the price added extra fees nobody could explain the waiver fee and what it actually covered. Also, any damages that were no fault of my own I would have to pay. So many other rental places GO elsewhere!!

Absolutely the best rental company around. They have everything from small hand tools to 135’ boom lifts, small to large excavators, reach forklifts all the way up to 10,000 lbs with 54’ reach, etc. Highly recommend this company. They are family owned & they care.

DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY! They are scamming people. They are renting faulty equipment to people that may not know the full potential of what they are paying for. The manager is EXTREMELY rude and disrespectful. I have reached out to corporate. They will not give you a refund even when you tell them their equipment did not work. We had to call the store literally 10+ times before they would let us speak to the manager. Do yourself a favor and go to Sunbelt!

I rented their New Holland Skid Steer for a weekend to aid in some large projects around my house. Brian at their front desk is incredibly eager to help and has great customer service skills. The guys who loaded me up we're friendly and personable. The machine was in very good shape and ran like a champ as well, couldn't be happier. I will definitely be utilizing their equipment in the future!
