I am very disappointed with this place. They will rip you off and lie. The 1st excavator I rented broke down after 14 hrs of running it. Brought another one and switched it out the next day. I lost work due to this and time. I topped both machines off with fuel and cleaned the tracks and power washed them. They both were delivered to me with the tracks packed full of mud. Best Rentals charged $72.45 for fuel they lied about on my Credit Card without consenting with me First. They are liers and very dishonest to Deal With. I would advise everyone not to Rent Nothing From Best Rentals in Wilson NC. Go some where and deal with some honest. Thank you for reading. This is a true story written by Jerry Jones in person. Very impressive service. We rented a dingo and trailer. Easy pick up and drop off. We had to extend our rental and they were so easy to work with. Verneil was fantastic!! Highly recommend, as prices and service beat our past experiences else where. Thank you guys!!

Came to Best rental to rent equipment after speaking with someone on the phone. They have unusual ID requirements and wasn’t on my vehicle so didn’t have my registration. They waisted my time. Will never call them again.
