Could not recommend Winston-Salem Appliance Repair more highly. These guys know exactly what they're doing. But wait, there's more. They truly go above and beyond. Having worked in customer service for more than a decade, I can say from experience that they are best of the best.
Originally I intended to be a "clever shopper" - do some research about businesses in the area that could repair my dryer, get quotes, compare, blah blah. These were the first folks I called. After speaking with Matt, who candidly and accessibly described likely causes of my dryer's issue, was transparent about diagnostic fee and expected repair costs associated with issues seen with the type of dryer I own, I felt great about going ahead.
I'm so glad I didn't waste my time doing more research.
Matt was super easy to work with. He scheduled my appointment with no hassle, and gave me the name of the person I'd expect at my door. I was able to get an appointment within 2 business days of the original call!
Kenny showed up on time, was the perfect mix of professional and personable. Despite some wild surprises and red herrings with my secondhand dryer, he did a thorough investigation leading to a quick and easy resolution to my problem. The cost was extremely reasonable, and was clearly communicated throughout the process. Best of all, now I have a dryer that actually works!! Sincerest thanks to Winston Salem Appliance repair for the BEST service to repair my dryer!

Wonderful service! They were very helpful in diagnosing issues and making the repairs we needed when having trouble with our fridge. Can’t recommend them enough!

I would give them a perfect 10. I called this morning and was able to have a technician at my home a little after lunch. Kenny was an absolute joy. He was patient and very informative. I look forward to continued business with Winston Salem Appliance repair as needed!

The other guys told you they don't service LG? Yeah, they told me the same thing. But Winston-Salem Appliance Repair does and they do it with friendly, exceptional service! Kenny quickly diagnosed the problem and provided a very fair quote to repair my LG front load washing machine. He kindly showed me the ins and outs of the washer while it was disassembled and made some great recommendations for continued care. Definitely putting WS Appliance Repair on my list of household resources for service and repairs. Highly recommended.

Very pleased with the service we received today on our dryer repair. I made a call this morning just hoping to get on the schedule within the next week and was told they could come out today. Great company and their employee Matt was very professional. Definitely will be using and recommending them.

Winston Salem Appliance Repair was amazing to work with! We had an element in our dryer go bad and they were extremely responsive and helpful. Also very reasonable priced! Would highly recommend!

Called about an issue with our dryer and got same-day service. Kenny, the technician was very friendly, professional and did a great job. He also spent time answering questions and providing helpful tips. Would highly recommend WS Appliance Repair!

My repair from calling in on Friday evening to get an appointment Saturday, which I couldn’t believe has been a Fabulous Experience. The very knowledge technician was Super. He checked out so many things to find the problem on my Washer. It was a corroded wire. He was polite to me & explain the steps he was doing along the process. The pricing was discussed from the beginning to the end. My washer is working, the repair priced fairly & I’m back washing again. Thank you so much Kenny! You will be recommended to many because we need your type of customer service & knowledge!
