Goose called me to provide a time of arrival and he and Austin showed up as expected. They got right to the work of servicing my septic tank. I asked Goose several questions and he patiently and professionally answered each one. He provided me a "tour" of the tank and filter components, explaining the purpose and function of each. He also provided some helpful recommendations to keep my system in top working order. Goose and Austin worked well together to deliver a safe and efficient tank service. Great job, guys!!
Highly recommend using Transou's. This was the first time I have used them and was impressed with the service. The team from initial call to end of service was great to work with. Everyone knew what they were doing and the service guy that came out was friendly and knowledgeable. Our repair was to old lead plumping in our crawl space, which was a lousy place and job to do. A big thank you to the service guy and the team!

Technician arrived as scheduled to unclog a bathroom sink. He was very nice ,looked at sink and pipes. Went under house in crawl space to look, getting permission each time. Told me he could snake it. 165, once agreed he did job. Cleaned up, did advise me of having old pipes and possible problems later. But did not push or try to scare me into anything. Would definitely use again.

We wanted an automatic shut off and water monitoring system installed and it was easy to schedule the appointment. The service techs, Irash and Gary were friendly, professional and excellent representatives of Transou's. They explained each step of the process, showed us pictures of everything they did and worked with us to ensure we knew how to use the monitor and to operate the operate the shut off system. Very pleased with all their work and just how nice the guys were, both deserve raises in my opinion :-). Great company and we would definitely call on them again and certainly recommend them to everyone.

We have used Transou's Plumbing & Septic several times and have been very pleased with the jobs done as well as the customer service. Andrew and Chris came out today and assessed the job and made recommendations. After deciding which option to take, the job was completed in a timely and professional manner. We will continue to call on Transou's for any additional plumbing needs.

I am pleased with every aspect of the service I received with Transou plumbing and septic. It was easy to schedule our home’s septic to be pumped. They worked with my schedule. I was kept updated on the arrival of the crew coming to my home. Cassie and Goose were fantastic! When they arrived, they talked to me as a person, listening to my feedback. They made sure I understood what was happening, what needed to be done and how long the process would take. Once the process was completed, the office called me once again to get feedback on the work done. I felt the cost was reasonable for the work done. Again, I am happy with every part of this process.

We were told that a re-piping/water heater replacement would take one day, it ended up taking 4 and they were late by hours every single day. The plumbing project should have been completed in late February we were supposed to receive an inspection before we paid. They failed to provide an inspection or notify us of one. When we received the inspection, they failed. Then it took weeks of hounding them to receive an appointment for another inspection. Many appointments fell through during the weeks. They said they needed to do tests before inspection which resulted in complications that flooded our bathroom. They also did not fully tighten the plumbing leaving pipes leaking under the sink. Due to the flooding, they offered to replace our flooring due to sewage contamination. They sent out another company that tore out the flooring, sink/vanity, baseboards, and some drywall. Industrial dehumidifiers ran for 3 days. We have been left without flooring and a sink for weeks on end with very little communication. They were deciding during this time who is going to handle the flooring. We were told if we wanted to pick a new type of flooring that was more expensive than what we had before would just have to pay the cost of the material difference. Now we are being told we would have to pay extra for the labor since their flooring laborers at Transou's do not have the expertise to install. Meanwhile, no dates or specifics for anything have been given. This morning, we were told they could maybe do it in a week. While still providing no specifics about the vanity that was taken being replaced. Communication is nearly impossible and we have to give the entire story to each person we talk to. Since zero appointments have been kept, I doubt the suggestion that it might be done in a week is true.

I can’t say enough good things about Transou Plumbing. I am somewhat new to town and bid a new water main from the street to the house. I took three bids. Two guys, Rigo and Steven, arrived the day I called. Rigo was the only person who said he first had to call in the permit, call 811 for gas lines, install an expansion tank, and would do everything to code. I confirmed they did not cut a single corner, when the HP inspector walked through. He said their workmanship was excellent but wanted them to make the main shut off closer. Rigo came back the very next day and fixed it at no charge. Both Rigo and Steven are exceptional craftsmen and the bid/negotiation process was a breeze with the office. A first-class operation from top to bottom. You will not be disappointed.

We had our main water line break. Contacted 8 local companies. Only 3 returned my call. As much as I HATE to pay $5350.00 for a water line & comparing to the average cost per foot, Transou's seems to be fair. We had about 180 feet, which came to 30 dollars per foot. These men worked seamlessly! They even placed the large rocks they pulled out of yard into our landscaping. This company is FANTASTIC! Desire' in the office was organized, communicated flawlessly, and is KIND. The trench digger was incredible. All new piping inside was done neatly, efficiently, and all wrapped in foam. Praying this lasts 40 years with no issues. I highly recommend this trustworthy company!
