Our roof got damaged after a windstorm. Billy Williamson (Carolina Professional Roof System) had just finished our neighbor’s roof and we had watched what a great job he did. Billy did replace our roof too. He was helpful in every way possible, dealing with the insurance company, selecting the right shingles as well as color of the shingles. The new roof is beautiful and we got lots of compliments. Billy was very professional and respectful. His crew did a phantastic Job, replaced the roof in one day and made sure that our bushes and plants were well protected. We certainly would recommend this company.
We called Billy to look at our roof when we had a leak during a bad rain storm. He came out the looked at the roof, then came back with one of his partners and worked on the roof. The leaking was eliminated. He was easy to deal with and reasonably priced. We will definitely have him back with it is time for a new roof.

Billy and his team were fantastic to work with the whole way, start to finish. He was careful and accurate in his estimate, made sure to repair damaged wood as they went along, guided us in color choices, and coordinated with another team to replace fascia board. The ROOF and GUTTERS turned out to look amazing. They have great attention to detail and Billy actively manages and supervises his team (plus he has some excellent onsite leaders as well). Very respectful of our home and property. He was referred to me and we will gladly refer him to others.

Billy with Carolina Professional Roof Systems was great to work with. He helped me decide on the best roof for our home and told me exactly what they would do for us. More importantly, he told me what they wouldn’t do, like cut corners or sacrifice quality. Most important for me was the fact that he checked in several times throughout the process to ensure we were more than satisfied and that he was there during the installation to personally ensure that his company did what they promised. That’s a rare thing these days and is very much appreciated.

We had a great experience with Carolina Professional Roof Systems. Billy was very responsive, extremely knowledgeable, and super efficient. We had an insurance claim after some hail damage and he walked us through the entire process. We were not sure how to go about it, but he explained the nuances thoroughly. He was honest and fair.
He was also able to make suggestions that looked great cosmetically, as he has a lot of experience with different home exteriors.
Once they started, his crew had our roof done within the day. We can’t recommend this company enough!

My husband and noticed a leak in our roof, I immediately panicked but my husband remembered that one of our neighbors referred a roofing company to us. My husband called Mr. Williamson of this company. When I say he immediately responded, came out and gave us multiple options. He was very knowledgeable, helpful, professional and overall the Best! Our roof was completed within the same week of meeting him. The work crew was extremely professional and the cleanup was above and beyond spectacular! We have a pretty large roof and we were amazed at the final product. Hands down this was the best decision we made to use this company to replace our roof. I would give them 10 stars ? if I could. We had a coating sprayed on our large commercial property. Billy was great to work with, his honesty and transparency was appreciated. The coating looks great, in addition to stopping leaks, the reflective white coating will help with utility bills.

Had a wonderful experience with Carolina Prof Roof Systems. The owner, Billy, was professional and upfront about all the steps of the process. Work was completed in one day using top of the line materials at a great price. Highly recommend this company for roof repair and installation.

Billy was great to work with! He took care of everything with the insurance company and helped to pick out new roof color and gutters. On the day of installation his team arrived 30 minutes early and worked until everything was done, 3000 sf home with many peaks done in one day!. Billy communicated with me throughout the process and made sure everything was done right, he was the last to leave later at night after sweeping down my driveway and double checking for debris. I would definitely recommend him and his professional team. Included before and after pics of beautiful new black roof and gutters.
