Carolina Alarm is the best alarm company we have ever worked with. The staff is very knowledgeable and always on time. We had a camera system installed and it helped assist the police in a major crime that happened near our business. The cameras got the full license plate number of the suspect vehicle.
Driver tried to run over someone infront of my house when they got out to check the mail the driver of the work car went across the yellow line to try to hit him if you see this I have the video for you

Very dangerous on the road. Cuts in and out of lanes with NO turn signal. License plate: JKE-2991
Please learn how to use your turn signal and check your blind spots before you seriously injure somebody. Avoid this dangerous business at all costs.

We were exceptionally pleased with our install. Curt and Matt are very knowledgeable, professional and very willing to answer questions. They truly went above and beyond to ensure we had all of the information we needed as well as the right products. All of the people we have worked with there have been super. They have a great team and I highly recommend them!

In my opinion, you cannot get a better alarm company. We have had their service at our business for 7 years and we've never once had a complaint with their service. We moved to a new home in 2015 and installed their system at our home as well. We live in a rural area and because we are, we were extremely adamant that we have fire/smoke protection.
In 2017, we had a fire in one of our outbuildings that started at 10:30 pm. Had it not been for the alarm system, we would have lost not only that building but another very large building AND our home as well.
We called them the morning after the fire and they came and took care of getting the alarm system back up and running (the fire destroyed the one building).
Due to the fact our AT&T internet and phone system was down (AGAIN), the alarm system could not relay the fire alarm to the monitoring system. However; the alarm system went off inside our home and we called 911 by our cell phone.
After the fire, we upgraded the alarm system to a dedicated cell service which Carolina Alarm recommended. We now don't worry about AT&T and their outdated and lousy service ever again.
We have since upgraded the system again (2020) to include outdoor cameras. We are thrilled with the service of Carolina Alarm and highly recommend them.
