We contacted Rich at Window Depot upon the recommendation of our local handyman. We order 11 new windows and had them installed. There was a problem with one window being cracked when it came out of the box. A new one was ordered and was installed shortly after it arrived. We were happy with the entire process from beginning to end. We have ordered windows before and this was by far the easiest from start to finish. Thank you to your team at Window Depot and we will contact you again, when needed.
We had a 5-Star experience from start to finish. I interviewed and received several estimates for windows before going with Window Depot. Rich took the time to understand our needs and our budget, and came with a proposal that met both. Rich was prompt with communication and helpful even before I committed to buying windows. The installers were fantastic, professional and quick. The final inspection was appreciated to make sure everything was functional and to show me the different features. The sweet thank you gift was a bonus. We would definitely recommend the team at Window Depot.

First i don’t typically do reviews, however the service, support were spectacular (windows are great also) so I felt compelled to spread the word about a great local company doing it right!
Thanks to the entire team, from start to finish they were outstanding.
Windows are good quality, they arrived on time and in perfect order. Installation went exactly as we were told it would, even followed up with another team member conducting an inspection post installations to ensure everything was perfect.

We had 24 new windows installed to replace original wooden ones that were way past their prime. Rich was very informative when showing us various window options. The installers, Ricky and Bryant, were amazing and very fast and efficient. The whole process was very smooth. We look forward to better sound control and a more energy efficient window that is sure to help with electric and heating bills.

Rich was the best salesman we sat down with out of a lot. He was genuinely honest and got us the best deal for our budget. The product is pretty top tier also. Great windows and doors!

We worked with Rich and his team about a year ago. The entire process was great. We met Window Depot at a home show and set up an appointment. Rich came to our house, gave a very detailed presentation of the windows and options available for us. Measured all our openings, offered great suggestions (slider windows vs. Traditional for some) which we did. We love our new windows and have seen a drop in our electricity bills! I recommend Rich and his team for your Window Replacement project.

I would highly recommend window depot for all your needs. I spoke with a couple other window companies and decided to use window depot due to the fact that Richard did excellent job showing the samples of the windows they carry and explaining the difference in the windows. He also show me the different types of glass that can come with the windows, after I decided that window depot would install the windows for me. Richard said they would be approximately four week. Wait from the factory. Unfortunately, it was approximately six weeks, but still much faster than some of the other companies have promised. After the windows were received, I was put on the schedule approximately two weeks they receive the windows. I had 20 windows installed, which took approximately 2 today’s. They did an excellent installation and explain to me step-by-step what they would be doing and cleaned up at the end of every day. After the completion, Richard came to inspect the installation to make sure all the windows were functional, and that I was satisfied with the installation of the windows, needless to say if I ever need any doors replaced I know where to go. Thanks again for an excellent job.

We just love our view! After getting several quotes from window companies we decided on Window Depot to replace all the windows in our home. Quality product at a competitive price and Rich was down-to-earth and sincere. Brian Miller did the installation properly and efficiently. We couldn’t be happier.
