The equipment was clean, serviced and loaded on the trailer ready to go. The representative inside was friendly and helpful. The gentleman in the yard was great had the trailer hooked up and the excavator chained down in just a few minutes.
People are very nice and knowledgeable. Rented an aerator and it was in good shape.

The local office we deal with is extremely helpful and always pulls through for us every time. We deal with Stacy Branch with the Winterville, NC office and he always goes over and above to help us with our rental needs. The service and equipment is great!

Although I did have difficulty with this rental I feel that the overall service out ways the issues with the down machines.

Excavator blew a hydraulic line after 6 hours of use day 1. Next day, after repair, machine quit due to a fuel tank leak. Had arranged dumpsters to rotate out while we cleared our lot. We wanted/paid for the machine for a week, but since it wouldn't work, we had to have it picked up. They charged us an insane amount for about 11 hours of use. If you use this business, expect to pay out the nose for equipment that doesn't work. Will not use again.
