I’d been in my new home for 2 weeks and the sewer backed up. Arrow came immediately when called, Kyle kept me in the loop through the restoration process. Tony did an excellent job w/finish painting.

This past week has been challenging for business owners in Bismarck and I can’t express my gratitude to Thad and Brock checking in on us to see if any water damage occurred from Tuesdays storm. We were one of the lucky ones I can say that had minimal water in our business where we were able to handle on our own. It was just so comforting knowing your business had this kind of customer service without even calling you directly, knowing how busy you all must be. The Arrow Service Team does excellent work! We would highly recommend this company which we used after a pipe burst and flooded our basement. Tony Reyes' wall finishing and painting skills were nothing short of exceptional. His attention to detail and the quality of workmanship brought new life to our walls. Tony matched the texture on our walls perfectly. The professionalism throughout the process was so appreciated. The team maintained a clean work area and communicated effectively, keeping us informed of their progress. The project is near completion, and while Casey and Tony were there to add the padding under the carpet, we really appreciated them putting our bedroom furniture back together and in place. Well Brock came in with his crew and clean up the water and dry it out very professionally and actually cared. Then came Peter to fix the issue that cause the problem.they fix the pipe but the issue was cause the freeze break I had them come a second time. They only fix the pipe but the true issue wasn’t addressed til it leak again. Tyler came but he understood but still charge to fix the root to the whole problem. Even I went and got material to install. Then we moved on to tape and texture and flooring no issues. But in some areas where they did not know how to cover the clean out holes and was told it will cost me money again I went got the covers. The vanity in the bathroom gave us issues but Peter had to take it back to Menards three times cause of a manufactured issues in the sink. I will say this much this happen over two holidays where it wasn’t convenient and I felt that they had limited subcontractors which made this whole process long. But I am pleased with the outcome. I had a few personal items damage and joe came took pictures and help me submit to insurance since I don’t have excel. I took before and after you all can make your decision. Thank you Arrow for doing the work.
