Nice little store on the gateway mall. The people who work here are usually friendly and helpful. Parking lot is a mess but that's not their fault. The handicapped parking is near the door. They pack a lot into the store which can make it difficult to navigate the isles, especially if you are using a walker or wheel chair.

Store is clean, in great shape, friendly staff and Robert the supervisor tonight was very helpful with my shopping. Great place to go for tools and things you can’t find anywhere else. I needed something a sick family member could use to call for help and I found a wireless doorbell here, was the perfect solution

Never pay full price for things you buy there... Find coupons for what you need, generally you'll find a coupon for that specific thing or fora better model cheaper after coupon. Also don't forget the free flashlight or tape measure, or the 20-25% coupon that's always available. Search the web for the Harbor Freight Coupon Database for the best way to find your money savings. Sure, are there better tools sold, yes. Are there better tools for the money, yes. But if you buy right, and understand the tools are sometimes not heirloom quality, you won't be disappointed.
