We live an hour from town. Our AC units condenser is going out. We called & made an appointment for them to come change it. They drove to our farm. Turned it on & off “several” times and left without changing the part. Sent a bill for over $250 and never even called after the visit. Won’t be using them again or recommending them to others.

Our AC seemed to have quit on us shortly before a very hot weekend and no one could get us in. A-1 got someone here the same day. Scott did an EXCELLENT job. Not only did he find and fix the issue, he also helped hook up a thermostat that we’ve been wanting to change out for a very long time. They installed our AC and heating less than 5 years ago. We’ve been having issues with the AC not being able to keep the house cool. One of the guys came and looked at the AC and couldn’t really figure out what the problem is. He said he was going to talk to the boss and get back to me. He never contacted me so I called. I told the receptionist what was going on and that someone needs to follow up with me. It’s been almost 2 months and still no response. They don’t take care of their customers!

These guys were great, they cleaned our pellet stove and chimney even with snow on the roof and then a few days later my blow fuse went out and they came back the next day and replaced that too. The workers are very knowledgeable, polite and nice. They took their shoes off every time before coming into our house and answered all of our questions. We heard about their business through a friend who also highly recommended them.

My wife and I have been remodeling our house for over a year now, last fall we decided to bite the bullet and install a new furnace, central air, and ducting in our 100 year old 2 story house. I called 3 local heating and air companies... Dustin was the most courteous, not pushy by no means, very prompt, gave us options, and he was looking out for our best interest. No sugar coating with Dustin, and I appreciated that. The crew came out and got to work shortly after we chose A-1 for their services. They kept their work areas clean, and the finished product showed craftsmanship. When all was finished our final bill was honored from the original quoted price. A-1 is very customer oriented and puts "QUALITY" over "quantity"! I would highly recomend them!
