A Great Company. We have had furnace, busted pipe work and now a water heater replaced. Staff is well knowledgeable and professional. I go to there office to pay for water heater installation. I'm told there's a 3% fee charged for payment for debit or credit card? Front desk receptionist says its on invoice. I look over invoice and nowhere it states there's a 3 % charge. Then I'm told the person that gave me the quote should have mentioned it? Please update your invoice so customers are aware. Thanks.

I hired them to put in 2nd laundry hookups in my home and they completed the whole job in under 2 days. Not only did they coordinate with the electrician, which was one less step for me, they had great manners! They removed their shoes or wore booties and vacuumed when they were done! Very pleased, I will definitely use them again in the future.

Replaced the blower motor in my furnace in under an hour. Technician Ken was friendly and had lots of corny jokes, which I appreciated. Total cost was only a tenth of replacing the whole furnace, which another local heating and air business had been pressuring me to do.

Advanced Mechanical is the best place in town. I have had a garage heater put in as well as my furnace dying on a weekend and they were there to get it installed on Monday. And now my metered gas line.

RESPONSIVE! Exceptional service and knowledgeable technicians willing to work for you. Continually updated me with the work they performed and gave me options and recommendations, when available, on best ways to finish the job. Technicians made every effort to keep the work area and the walkway clean. Water leak is fixed, extremely satisfied. Highly recommend Advanced Mechanical for your HVAC and plumbing needs.

Very grateful for Advanced Mechanical - our heater broke and only blew cold air out. It was in the 50 degrees inside our home and space heaters could not keep up. As a foster home, we needed immediate service to our system. They were able to send a technician and our system was repaired in an hour (maybe less even). On top of that, he gave us recommendations on how to avoid a breakdown in the future. The technician was great overall! Then, the billing department gal, Beth, is as kind as can be and was very responsive to helping us. We even had more questions after the fact, and she was able to get us the answers we needed. We will always be Advanced customers.

The two people on the Advanced Mechanical crew that installed our new furnace were extremely professional. They were friendly, tidy, and efficient. The sales team did not try to oversell us on products or services we don’t need, and the price was fair. I highly recommend!
