Thank you to Bismarck Heating & Air for the quick service on this very hot Saturday. I called the 24/7 line and Brian was here to work on the AC about an hour later. He was knowledgeable and professional, fixing the issue in short order. Definitely a 5 star experience. Highly recommend this company!

Air conditioner quit working (cooling)(starting up without assist l) last night. While I napped it went from 73-74° in my house to 88°....and I only napped about 90 minutes before discovering it. It was still running just not cooling. Brian showed up and was: Nice Fast Informative Profession Beyond good at his job. And he promoted calling in the future if other problems arise....winter, spring, summer or fall

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. The website says 24/7 yet when I called on a weekend needing service to my AC the person I spoke to who I believe was owner was incredibly rude and acted like I was inconveniencing him for needing to have my AC serviced on a weekend. Then while was explaining my issue needing to be fixed I was hung up on. If you don’t want to be open 24/7 don’t have a call service 24/7. I would NEVER RECOMMEND doing business with this company. To add in response we called someone local at the end last week for a service appointment as we were wanting our AC looked at (it was still running) but then today our AC went out which completely changed the situation. We only called ONE business today. I did not back track but I was obviously misunderstood. Also the quote below is incredibly inaccurate. Once again this business lists their service as 24/7 but clearly does not actually offer 24/7 service. The price was not an issue - I did want to know what I would be looking at for price (as any customer would). The call apparently dropped and I never got a call back at that point. Although by that time I had been treated so poorly (for calling for a service I would have paid for) I did question if I wanted to do business at Bismarck heating and air. I will be happily taking my money somewhere I will be treated decently.

Great experience and Brian provided a lot of knowledge on my AC unit! Edit: I ended up needing to get a new AC unit, and Shawn and Aaron made it easy on one of the hotter days so far this summer.
