I had a flat roof on the lower half of my house that started having leakage issues about 10 years after a previous repair (by a different contractor). Doni came by with a crew to assess the situation and recommended raising the roof (literally!) at one end to allow for proper runoff. They gave me a reasonable quote and worked with my schedule to do the job. Once they got started they got the work completed in a couple of days. I now have good runoff from snow-melt and rain, with a seamless gutter and proper downspouts at the lower end of the roof. They even built up the soffits on the sides to "hide" the newly sloped roofline! The crew also made sure to clean up the worksite and my yard below before packing up. They did a really great job on this project! I'll definitely be calling Jessen Roofing again, as the need arises, for more roofing projects.

They came right out and asested the situation. They made a quick repaired and stopped the leaking and damage. The cleanup was excellent. They came back and finalize the repair including the installation once parts arrived. Couldn't be more satisfied.
