I had a new walk in shower installed by this company, Jeff and Brady helped me design a great looking shower! I'm very pleased with install,product,and customer service. Everyone i worked with was very polite and cleaned up after the job was complete. It only took 4.5 weeks from the day I signed the contract to the time the project was complete. I had a great experience!!
I have a $10,000 shower that I do not use!! Misleading on some things, didn't follow through on others. On top of the shower cost I needed to hire someone to put up sheetrock where they took it out around the shower. And now they called wanting to know if I wanted any more work done in my home. ARE YOU SERIOUS?? Not unless it's to take out the worthless thing they put in!

Parker was a great planner and salesman! Drove a good distance to walk us through their process and didn't leave us with any questions. Very direct and honest while also enthusiastic about their products and service.

Andy Sahlberg came in October of 2022 to explore updating our bathroom, installing a walk in shower. He showed us all the possibilities and set us up for installation in January. They actually showed up earlier than planned which was amazing. Ryan Dahn was our installer and was so professional and helpful! He did a fantastic job! Our project manager, Josh Anderson was great to work with, explaining everything that would be done. I’m just delighted with my new bathroom and would absolutely use them again!

Jonathon came to our house to look into a shower remodel. We could tell he was an honest person right away when he told us that their services wouldn't be the best route for our particular shower. Rather than trying to sell something, he operated with integrity right away. We will definitely be referring our friends to him!

Gordon did an excellent job installing a shower surround; he was friendly and took time to explain what was going on. The only problem was that I took his advice on the height of the shower head. Turns out I had to get on my tip-toes to reach it. Bath Planet made it good though. They worked hard finding a solution that would lower the shower head and still look good.

we had our bathroom done by bath planet, we are very pleased with the work they have done, Brian the installer did a fantastic job, he is very talented and has attention to detail. our representative jeff helped us out through each step and went above and beyond for us! I highly recommend this company for your bathroom needs!

Friendly and knowledgeable salesman. Very punctual and smooth running company. Our bathroom installer was fast, efficient, clean and does quality work. They even took care of the typical headache and hassle of scheduling a plumber so we didnt have to! We love the color of our vinyl tiles, and having ZERO grout anywhere in our bathroom. We also really appreciated the follow up from Jonathan within a couple weeks after the install to ensure everything was done properly and we were satisfied.

We had a great experience with getting out tub/shower installed. They came out and surveyed the bathroom had a computer program that let us pick how we wanted to design. Easy to see how final product would look and great to pick and match what we wanted. The installer was great as well very nice east to talk to explained things well. He kept the space clean and neat. Meticulous worker which was great as you could really tell in the final product and installation. Very happy with the end result.
