Overall

We were routed to Ferguson through our home builder for selections of plumbing fixtures and appliances. Our sales rep was unknowledgeable about what was included in our build, ended up ordering the wrong color range hood and not enough exhaust piping cover. The replacement hood was ordered in Jan 2022, and we’re still waiting for the replacement in Sept. I understand supply chain constraints are beyond their control but every month when I email for a status update it’s a week before anyone gets back to me (if at all)

Very helpful upon entering their parts area. Im not sure what they all have as I was in a hurry, but I saw nice high ends power tools, varity of thermostats. I know they carry boiler phone valves as that is what I was looking for. Their on my list of places to research some more. All in all a good experience.

Service, selection, knowledge, follow up fantastic. We had a couple of warranty items and they sent out promptly in shipment to project. In building the house, this was the best experience and thing we did going there for all plumbing and electrical fixtures.

Showroom is nice, staff is good. However, if you buy stuff from there and it breaks under warranty, good luck with them repairing or replacing it. They'll make you take time of from work, not show up and lie that they showed up an knocked on your door, although you have a doorbell. No phone calls returned etc. Customer service after sales has been made is pathetic. I'll give them half stars, just because they do a good job to sell you stuff.

Everything is way more expensive, for the same brands you can get for 30% less at other stores (including sears). The employees will tell you anything you want to hear to make a sale, and they are SO pushy. They seem very friendly and helpful, but after a while of owning the garbage they sell you, you will find out that they were just telling you anything they had to in order to make a sale. And don't even try walking around the showroom by yourself, because they are way too pushy. Our home builder wanted us to buy through Ferguson's, and I really wish we had insisted on buying from somewhere else. Less than two years later, and our microwave AND dishwasher need parts replaced, even though we bought the ones they charged the most for and insisted were "top of the line."

They are hit and miss. Beautiful products, many out of our budget. However, I've had multiple interactions with them and I would say 75% of the time they have been rude with basic questions. When I worked with them originally, they ordered me the wrong light fixture. It took multiple phone calls from myself and the builder to get anyone to call us back. Recently I had to follow up on a faucet we purchased through them and had issues with, and I'm reminded why I said I would never buy through them again after our first experience. Lowe's and Home Depot offer better customer service by a landslide.
