Michelle did a great job helping me select Kohler products for my 100 year old bathroom. However the plumber on my job did not track my shipment or communicate in any way about my order. Kohler sent the wrong sink and my plumber and Northern Plumbing did not notify me. I found out when I inquired to my plumber about the sink two weeks after the wrong one was returned for replacement. My "special order' with Northern Plumbing was placed Nov. 17, 2020. The right sink arrived two weeks ago to the plumber. He still has not called about finishing the work in my bathroom completed three weeks ago.
Use Northern Plumbing only if you know your plumber is reputable. Do not expect Northern Plumber to contact you after the sale. I have made four calls to my plumber since last fall...he has never called me once.
You will get better tracking if you place an order online or at a big box store.
