Little confusing for Google directions. When you pull in it looks like you are at a receiving dock due to all the pallets. But if you go forward into it a little you see the city desk entrance.
Guys at the counter where friendly and helpful with retrieving our order for pickup. Pleasant experience.

If you are a truck driver, this is the right place for you.
These guys are elite.
I had a delivery here and everything was great from start to finish.
Truck entrance is well marked, they have plenty room to maneuver and there was no ice or snow in the middle of winter, which is quite impressive.
Don’t think they have overnight parking but they open really early. Around 7AM, I believe.

Fast unload,very friendly people.Even though i arrived past recieving hours they unloaded my trailer asap.

They are a terrible company to work for. Take your business elsewhere because they are rude and don’t treat people with respect. Prairie Supply treats their customers way better than SMI ever could! So save the hassle and skip SMI & SFI.
