***update 2(4⭐)*** Parker and his team came and fixed the issues from the original installation. He found several other issues from the original guy and fixed those. Thank you for righting the mistakes of the original crew.
***update(3⭐)*** a corner was not done properly and started ripping and leaking once again. I called them and they sent a guy out who confirmed that they will need to come out and re pour the concrete. After that, I didn't hear back from them for a week on when they were coming to fix it. In order to keep the process moving I called them to poke them after a week of no contact We are trying to finish our basement and this just keeps delaying us. For 30k, I expected more. TBH, I'm now more mixed on if I'd recommend them over other companies. The first installation also forgot to give us the dehumidifier which was in the contract. When we brought it up, Innovative Basement did bring one out to us.***They are coming to fix the mistakes but it's very frustrating from the home owner end. I am thankful that they are righting there wrong***

I was recommended this company by a coworker and I see why. They all were very nice, knowledgeable and did great work. They also got us in quick and had great communication on what was happening with the construction. They were also great with my pets. My dog loved the guys who were doing work. Now I can finish my basement without worrying about leaks and problems. Thank you all! I'd recommend them to anyone who needs basement work done.
Had a great outcome on the finished product. Ty did an amazing job of identifying the issues and addressing them in a professional manner. He treated us with respect and really felt he listened to us. Leonard was involved from the beginning of the job till the end and did a great job of explaining the work he was doing and answered all of our questions in detail so we understood what to expect. Anthony and Ghaven did a wonderful job finishing up and cleaning everything up. Very friendly and professional. I would recommend Innovative Basement to anyone.

The people with Innovative Basement Authority have been a pleasure to deal with, starting with Jan and his assessment and thorough explanation of our options. Then came Brandon and his crew of James and Joel. They worked diligently and completed the stabilization of our basement in a timely manner and did a thorough job cleaning up. My only issue is that they forgot to plug my freezers back in after they got what they needed to in place. Thankfully, that was one of the last areas they did, so nothing was lost as I caught it right away.

We had two projects done.
Both projects were completed with excellent results.
Chad and Josh were awesome to work with! Everything on the driveway repairs project was completed and done to the best possible standards.
Julio Joel and Zach were superb in the repair of our house basement! Great guys to work with and did an excellent job in a very timely manner!

Innovative turned one extremely bowing wall and one wonky corner into effective cornerstones for my 100+ year old home. Jon, Yusuf, and the rest of the team were absolute professionals, polite, on-time, and went above and beyond for my home. Having beams, anchors, and piers installed can be expensive, but I felt I was in the right hands.
