Update, since I can't reply to the comment from the owners. You know what the issues are. Both Mikes are aware, as well as me outlining some issues in my review. After coming out unannounced a third time the gates are better, but that is all they were willing to fix. The rails are still uneven and 16" from the ground causing pickets to be warped.
Would not recommend. They gave a good price, but I guess you get what you pay for. The posts are set nicely, but the carpentry is very poor. Horizontal rails are crooked and way too far from the ground, so pickets are warping after 2 weeks. Gates are cut poorly and hung crooked even after they came back to fix them. Nail lines are uneven and missing in some pickets.
They gave us a reasonable quote and the fence looks great! The gate was not hung straight and didn’t latch properly at first, but they fixed it and added a handle for us too. We are happy with the results. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because they were not responsive to multiple attempts to reach them by phone, text and email. But we did connect and I love my fence.

Ended up getting a quote but ultimately decided to go a different route. My experience with them was very good and they were super professional and accommodating.

If I could give zero stars I would. The posts are crooked, placed at different heights, and gate installed wrong. This company does not know how to use a string line or laser. They do not stand behind their work, and their “fix” is shoddy! Save your money, I do not recommend.

We got a quote from this company. They responded quickly and came in far below the competition. They were able to start the process quickly. Within a couple of weeks they were at my residence and getting things started. Once the fence was up there was a small gap. I talked my contact, and the problem was quickly resolved to my satisfaction. A couple weeks after my fence was installed, I noticed that the gate rubbed on the ground making it hard to open. I mentioned it to someone with the company, and a few hours later someone was there to fix it. I HIGHLY recommend this company and would certainly use them for all of my fence needs.
