I was recommended to use Ryan from a business connection and I was not disappointed. He was able to fit me into his schedule on short noticed, did a very thorough job and had many great tips and recommendations for other services to use to fix any issues he found. I would use RC Inspections anytime I needed an inspection in the future and recommend him to anyone else.

I met Ryan recently and I had a client needing to get an inspection done during the evening. Ryan was able to come out on short notice and deliver a great home inspection for my client in the dark. As an Agent, I like to see that inspectors are working in the best interests of my clients. He was prepared with all the necessary tools needed to perform his job. Ryan of RC Home Inspections recently conducted a thorough inspection on a home I was interested in. The report he prepared was very detailed and filled with useful information on the type of supplies needed to address the issues he found. RC Home Inspections completed a very complete inspection with excellent pictures of what needed correcting. The final report will help me know exactly what to fix, with pictures of possible products needed so I can find them in the store. RC Home Inspections helped me understand sub pumps. I have never had a home with a basement or the pumps. He showed me how they worked, where all the pipe work was and suggested different alarms and back up systems for my peace of mind. All appliances were tried out and the heating system was turned on to check for working order. RC is very professional and I would refer any one to use RC Home Inspections.

Ryan did an incredible job on our home inspection! Very detailed! Not only did he point out a few areas of concern- he gave recommendations as to what to use/how to fix it. He's very well educated as to what would be potential dings on appraisal vs suggestions to put on the "to do" list as time goes on. I highly recommend RC Home Inspections!
