Worst customer service, or should I say, NO SERVICE, ever ! Bought a complete set of Frigidaire kitchen appliances a few years ago and because of an incomplete installation on one of them, we had issues with it. The serviceman was quick to note it had not been installed correctly at the time of purchase. He also noted that we were lucky to not have had this issue sooner. However we were billed for a service call that we disputed because of what the serviceman told us. The female owner lied about what the serviceman had told us and tried to refute the fact that this appliance was not bracketed as it should have been when we were shown by the serviceman, who made a point of showing us, where the brackets were still “unattached” !! When we recently had another issue with one of these appliances, again, they refused to send someone to work on it. Still upset I suppose because we refused to pay a repair bill for something that was caused by their improper installment. That’s ok, we have had excellent service from Ty’s Appliance Service of Jamestown, he comes immediately and is very experienced. Also have been a very happy and satisfied customer with Appliance City in Valley City where when our washing machine quit, they came the same day and replaced it, and right at the time of the lockdown for Covid. Excellent customer service going above and beyond. Will be replacing these Frigidaire appliances in the near future as they are horribly cheaply made, the reviews are not good, and after one year you can forget any help from Frigidaire itself unless you purchase an extended warranty and then it is doubtful to receive satisfaction from them or Lifestyle Appliance. Not nearly what this business was when the previous owners had it !!!!!!!

Customer service leaves much to be desired but they sell good appliances. My wife and I bought a new set of appliances (stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave) from Lifestyle and they were very timely with the delivery. All the appliances worked great except for one burner on stove, which malfunctioned immediately. I had to call the store several times to request they send someone out, or order the part. Eventually, I just asked to speak with the owner after a month of repeated calls and Lifestyles immediately ordered the part and gave me an update on the delivery timeline. It took a couple months for the part to arrive, but I don't blame Lifestyles for that delay. I was just disappointing to have to speak with the owner to get service for new appliances.

Dishwasher was not draining. I went in and ask a few questions. Brady showed me what the problem might be. He took a floor model out and showed me how to take it apart. When I got home I took mine apart and it was exactly what he said. Thanks again for all your help.

Terrible. I unknowingly went to this place, trying to support a small business.I encourage all to support small businesses, not this one. I needed their products and was clear about when and where I would like. When they didn’t show....I called.....was treated like dirt and accused of being wrong for purchasing the items an inconvenient time.
Of course at the time they agreed and were WAY to accommodating. Should have known better. I NEVER thought I’d say this but.....”go to Menards”. Or anywhere else.

Delivered the wrong set of washer and dryer and when told they weren’t correct, offered $25 dollars off each piece. The washer and dryer that were paid for were $100 dollars more than the pair that were delivered. Told they would be delivered by the end of the week, then the following Thursday, THEN finally Tuesday. Didn’t get delivered until about 2 WEEKS later. Be weary when you go IN PERSON to buy what you want because they don’t take the time to get it correct. They cashed the check first though ??♀️

Had great experience when I bought my set of appliances. They are so accommodating and work to sell you the right brand for you. Customer service is fantastic.
