Great selection of tile for my custom shower. They were very informative about scheduling & completed my shower in a timely manner. The worker even shared his lunch with my dog ? ?. I love my new shower!

Through all of the different people/companies we worked with in repairing our basement after it flooded, they were definitely the most reliable and professional! We had them install baseboard trim. They showed up when they said they would (which we had issues with all of the others), did a great job, and were very reasonable.

The gal in the showroom was very helpful when it came to helping me pick out tile, flooring and fixtures. Once they started my bathroom project, they showed up every day and worked. My project was finished in three weeks. I was very happy about that. However, they did leave grout all over my tile, which I am not happy about. They put a small nick in my bathroom door and my bedroom wall when they removed the bathroom door to do the flooring. I noticed it right away after they left. They never did mention it. I was asked if I wanted a small shelf in the product nooks in the shower and I said” yes”. He told me three different options, and at that time, I just said “I really don’t know”. He didn’t show me any samples or pictures, he just decided on his own what they should be and installed them. When I went to use my shower for the first time, I could only get cold water, because the high priced plumber installed the shower handle incorrectly. So, they had to come back and fix that. Overall, I am happy that the project was done in a timely manner, but a professional tile installer should never leave grout all over the tiles. Once the job was done, I never heard from them again. They never asked if I was happy with the job or anything.

They were timely on setting an appointment to come look at the project! But now its been 10 days and I have no idea when or if they will be getting back to me. The person that came to do the estimate didn't leave a card and didn't set any kind of expectation on when I would hear from them. Its basically a small bathroom remodel (take old bathtub and surround out and replace with a new tub and tile) Thats it!

Great experience. Really professional. They remodeled both my bathrooms in my home. Very thorough and could not be more pleased. They communicated concerns to me, and offered solutions rather than just doing things how they thought would be best. I really appreciated that. Will definately be using them again!!!
