The 180 Family in Mandan are the best! Over the past year they have always taken care of my appointments and any special requests with the biggest smiles and unsurpassed kindness. Cara and Jana have given me the tools to take control of my health journey, 59 lbs down, inflammation under control and I feel like a thirty year old in a sixty year old body. Dr Will’s expertise in chiropractic care has gotten me aligned which has helped me get my digestive issues under control. I am beyond grateful to have found this community!

I've been going to 180 for almost 2 years. My health, mental health and energy have all improved. The staff truly do care about me and listen to the issues I have. Even when I need a kick in the pants, I leave feeling encouraged and empowered to be in control of my health. Learning about the foods that work well for me and foods I should avoid have helped me to get rid of constant headaches, heartburn, and having no energy. I've also lost over 80 pounds and have normal cycles too which is something medical doctors told me would likely never happen for me. Traditional medicine has seemed like an umbrella approach my whole life. Take a pill it will help. But what I need, and what you need, is individual approach to health and wellness. This is what you get at 180 Health Solutions. I can't recommend this service enough.

The staff at 180 Health is amazing! Very helpful, supportive, encouraging & super friendly. They are very focused on your entire health & well being! Dr Steve & Kristen have been a huge asset in my health journey. They truly CARE about those they are helping & it’s evident just in how they treat their clients! It has been just over 1 yr since the 1st time seeing them & have lost a total of approx 70 lbs. I am learning to enjoy & have adapted to a new lifestyle change. The entire staff is extremely personable & welcoming! ❤️
