Hancock Contruction did a great job on replacing our shingles on our roof. Riley was very helpful in inspecting our hail damage and working with the Insurance adjusters to get the shingles replaced. I would very much recommend the Hancock Team to anyone who has roof damage and want to get the damage repaired.
Our two condo buildings needed new roofs. Riley‘s sales pitch was excellent and so we went with his company. We are assuming the roofs are fine, but their service after the sale is less than exemplary. Riley suggested two whirlybirds per unit so we went with his recommendation. One whirlybird stopped working within 6 months. Riley was contacted numerous times it he never found time to get someone here to fix it. We had to hire someone else and pay for the repair.
We can only assume they did a good job on the roof, but if you hire his company, don’t expect them to honor their guarantee.

I realize this response is quite late. The board was not aware that anyone from your company went on the roof to fix the whirlybird. We actually had a handyman fix it. That said, the roof has held up well and other than this issue, we are very happy with the job your guys did.

Hancock Construction was great to work with. They provided the most competitive bid and worked with our insurance to get the needed repairs covered. They showed up when they said they would and shingled our house in one day. They cleaned up the job site and hung extra netting to protect the siding during the job. Jeorge contacted me several times to keep me informed with timelines and what to expect. Also ran into Jeorge later that week donating his time to help with the rodeo. Best of all, they came in UNDER their bid. Honest and Reliable, I recommend them.

Worked with Joerge at Hancock Construction to get our roof & gutters replaced in May. Joerge was great to work with. Communication was excellent, and his crew that came to do the work, was excellent as well. Hard working friendly guys, that did a great job, and cleaned up after themselves once the job was done. If you need some roofing done, I would recommend Hancock Construction for sure.

Riley was persistent and very knowledgeable in working with my insurance company to ensure I received the replacement I needed. With the delay from the insurance company and the added rain we received his team within 24 hours tarped my roof to ensure I did not receive any more damage. His shingling crew arrived by 7am and were done within 13 hours. He is professional and really loves what he does! You will not regret hiring him.

We are very pleased with our new roof. From the very first contact, we have experienced professionalism and desire for complete customer satisfaction. Matthew, Alexis and the workers were excellent to work with. The roof, timing and cleanup occurred as Matthew explained and to our complete satisfaction. I had hail damage on my roof and called 3 roofers for estimates. One never called me. One called me 2 weeks later, but Hancock came within one day, and I had my roof installed within a week. Very professional installation and was completed in one day. Jeorge explained the quote very well, and everything happened exactly as he said. Honest and quality work.

We were so thrilled with the entire process of getting our roof done. From a simple social media post asking for assistance until the final messages asking how everything was, Riley and his team were quick, efficient, and friendly. Riley handled everything and was very accommodating, and talked to us not as a salesman, but as someone who had legitimate concern for our problem. We were happy with the final product, and would highly recommend this company!
