It was nice walking into I. Keating Furniture World. We were greeted with a delightful smile from Ruth. We’re new to the area. We came to I. Keating Furniture World looking for beds for our boys. Ruth was very helpful with helping us find exactly what we needed.

We love I. Keatings! Great service, friendly salespeople, prices are very competitive. Brad is terrific! Our 3 1/2 year looks for the moose every time we shop at Keatingd, sadly, it's no longer in the store.

Not long ago, we took a trip to I-Keatings in Minot, a special journey for our teenage son Tristan as he was shopping for his first apartment. As we stepped into the store, we were warmly welcomed by Jeff Dorer, a familiar face who has been our trusted furniture salesman for years.
This was a new adventure for Tristan, and Jeff was there every step of the way. He listened attentively to Tristan, discussing various options while considering important factors like budget and furniture size. Jeff’s expertise made the shopping experience smooth and nearly effortless, just as he always does.
Jeff’s unwavering professionalism and friendly demeanor make every visit to I-Keatings a delightful experience. We’re truly thankful for the exceptional customer service that Jeff consistently delivers. It’s always a pleasure to shop with him.

Jeff was very helpful and knowledgeable. Even though we already had an idea of what furniture we wanted, he showed us other pieces that would meet our needs. We ended up going with his suggestions and are thrilled with the choices! Jeff was also polite, attentive, and fun to work with! Other staff members we came in contact with were helpful as well.

The best furniture store in Minot! We were instantly greeted with a genuine smile and a welcoming greeting by Tracy Brevig. She asked us what we’re looking for and she explained to us the layout of the store and she joined us on our shopping adventure. She is very knowledgeable of the brands and answered all of our questions. She was not “pushy” like most salespeople which was a plus for us. We found what we were looking for and Tracy explained in detail our protection options but never pressured us into buying it. Again, a plus for us. She brought us to the counter to pay for the chairs and she gave us her card. We paid for our chairs and she walked us back to the front of the store and explained where to pick up our items. She smiled at us and said good bye and if there was any other furniture we were looking to purchase in the future to look for her. Awesome customer service the way it should be. No hovering and no pressure. Salespeople will more likely to sell a product if they learn not to pressure or hover. Just be your self! The store is very neat, clean, and well laid out. Next we head on over to the loading area. We met Mark and right of the bat, we hit it off! Very personable gentleman! He greeted us with a smile and we started talking about the nice weather and gardening. He instantly made you feel like family. He loaded up our chairs and offered to tie them down. We had our own ratchet straps and he helped us tie them down. We chatted a bit more then we shook hands and we departed. Wow! What a very positive shopping experience! So Minot and the surrounding communities, if you are looking for a furniture store who possess outstanding customer service, we encourage you to stop by I Keating Furniture. Their selection is massive and the prices are very reasonable, but most of all, their customer service is right on par! Thank you again I Keating for helping us get our chairs for our sun room! We thoroughly enjoy them! Take care and we will see you again when we decide what other furniture we need for our sun room!

I had the most an amazing experience shopping at I. Keatings for a new rocking chair. We worked with Sarah so was incredibly kind, patient and knowledgeable! She gave us space and time to shop and was ready when we needed her. I highly recommend seeking her out. We did buy a rocking chair and the quality is amazing and the chair is just what we were looking for!

Jeff is THE best salesperson I've ever worked with. He knows styles, colors and options so much better than I do, and gives you the feeling you're working with family. The rest of the staff is always helpful and kind, and the delivery team goes above and beyond to get your furniture to you.
