Worked our tails off there with our own equipment, our trailer needed maintenance and so we borrowed one of their 10 year old trailers. Frame broke in under 24hrs running legal weight. They took $10k they owed us and cut us loose when we wouldn’t agree to completely rebuild their trailer. BC is in a death spiral and only running people who owe them money. Or those they can get indebted to them.

Great business but really hard to get ahold of the proper representative for certain projects.

Low pay and poor management. A good place to start if your brand new to the oilfields, I guess. But they are definitely a greedy company who is not even close to competitive as far as pay goes. They charge a lot to rent a trailer and the one I got was junk. Ace trailers are not good.

Keep all your paperwork regarding your weekly pay. Good company to work with. Staff is ok. Mike Nash and Jeff (the safety guy) are genuinely good people. They’ll look out for you.

Worked along side owner operator Mike Goodin. Amazing man, very caring with a good heart. Helps out those in need without asking for anything in return. Makes sure his employees have enough money to make it through and a safe place to sleep. Would recommend working with him if you’re looking. One of the best owner operators out there.
