I was quite disappointed with the quality of customer service and equipment recommendations of this company. After 7 hours of working with a concrete saw he rented, my husband was put in the hospital for carbon monoxide poisoning (mind you he was using the saw OUTSIDE). I started looking into the issue and found out he was rented the saw with the blades left on it from another customer. These blades were half-life, meaning not the full capacity of the blade. Without knowing for sure they told him at that "it should do the job" when in fact they had no basis to go on for that judgement call. All concrete is made differently with different aggregates, so how could they possibly know. IF YOU DON'T KNOW - DON'T HAVE THE AUDACITY TO MAKE THE RECOMMENDATION. I know that ultimately it was his call to make the rental, but they are supposed to be the experts. You would think their recommendation would bear some weight in the rental.
The WORST PART is when I called to ask about options I was told repeatedly "we are not liable. It was his choice". The employee interrupted me constantly to remind me of that fact. He wouldn't let me get a sentence in without talking about it not being their fault. For a company to only respond in this way makes it CLEAR that they do not have any concern for the safety of the people in their community (only that they are not liable...no need to say it again Prairie Supply - I understand...you are not liable and that's all that matters)
*The job was not finished because of this inadequate recommendation so we are now looking for other supply companies that can better serve us.
Everyone was super nice. Got me into the dock asap its tight and blind side if they don't have the area open infront of dock. Went slow and got it in no problem but I hate blind side backing

Cayce , Ryan,Ryder, and the rest of the staff are excellent. Always knowledgeable and helpful. Prices are always fair they will shoot you a deal when they can.

Always seem to have the better prices than the others.. honestly, the best place in town, IMHO.

Great company to work with! They will work with you to get the correct material you need. Even go above and beyond to assist in locating products they don't carry.

They are able to accommodate our sometime short notice construction needs in an always professional and courteous way. I have been working with Prairie Supply for my forming and material supply solution for over 20 years and will continue for many more.
