An excellent inspection experience with Craig. He was proactive, contacting me to see if there were special items of concern. Since we are moving from out of state, Craig called during the inspection to show me a particular area of the new home. The inspection report was complete, written clearly, with photos, and delivered promptly. Craig was available for phone calls later as I had questions, and was very helpful answering my questions. Just a great experience, and I highly recommend Northern States Inspection!
Very thorough. We have far more confidence in purchasing this property after participating in the inspection and receiving the report.

Craig was able to schedule our home inspection under tight timing restrictions. He was friendly, personable, knowledgeable and highly experienced. It was great to walk with him while he inspected and documented. He talked through what he was looking for and helped us see what he was looking for and seeing. He was able to suggest easy improvements and critical issues to prioritize repairs. It was fun discussing the history of the house and construction/architectural elements. Would recommend to both experienced home buyers and first time home buyers like my wife and I.

Craig hit all the marks when it came to our inspection. He was personable and knowledgeable. He had educational comments about every room we walked into, and was very thorough in his inspection. Afterward, we received a very detailed report that we saved and can refer back to anytime. I was able to reach out to him after the inspection as well and he answered all my additional questions I came up with after the fact, as well assured me and my wife that we could contact him anytime in the future with further inquiries. Great guy and professional inspector!

Craig was a joy to work with. He showed and explained even the smallest things in my home inspection. He answered any questions we had and informed us on tasks that need to be completed and items we should keep an eye on and on top of everything he made the inspection fun. He was easy to work with and would definitely recommend and use him again in the future.

Craig was awesome. I would highly recommend his services. He was very connected with us and made sure we were satisfied with the home inspection. He is very out going and always able to pick up a conversation to get to know us better. He made us feel at ease with purchasing our new home after he did his walk through.
