I used Aire Serv of Fargo not knowing what I was getting into. My furnace was not producing heat, and that was all I knew. The guy asked me to watch as he went into my furnace & gave me a step by step on everything he was doing and noticing. When he solved the issue, he explained the fix. All of this was amazing because I not only knew what was going on, I now know how to maintain it and treat it right going forward. 100/100 would recommend giving Aire Serv a call for your maintenance or repair!

I had a heater installed in my garage almost a year ago to date. They installed some pipe for the gas line and hung up a small heater. A month later I received the bill for around 2000$ which I then sent in the payment. After another month had passed and the payment hadn’t been taken out of my account we called them to ask. They then reassured me that they received the payment and to not worry about it. After waiting another 6 months they called my wife and said they had not received the payment. She told them we sent in the payment and they were going through their business and making some internal changes and they would just look for the payment and to not worry about it again. Now we have received a certified letter saying we have 10 days to pay for it or legal actions will take place. I have never dealt with a company that is so irresponsible with their payments and would not recommend them to anyone. There is plenty of business out there that will do the same quality of work and take your money. They never even had the inspector come and look at their work. I still haven’t heard from the company about the bill.
