Dropped off a John Deere mower for service and they have a belt attached to the mower deck. I picked them over up and offloaded it and engage the mower to see if it were correctly. There was a clunk and the belt came off. I had to go out of town and called three times and ask them to send somebody out to a reattach the belt. After the third call somebody did come out to reattach the belt. I was not there at the time but talk to the service man on the phone who said there's definitely something wrong with the motor and there was a bent pulley. He insinuated I had done something wrong and that was running fine when he worked on it. I told him just to leave it, I'm out $500 but it's a good lesson not to deal with that company anymore. I'm not a big Democrat that gets firm subsidies just trying to get a small piece of equipment fixed. I spent a lot of money there in the past over odds and ends but never bought a multi-thousand dollar tractor or combine. Gooseneck is a big Corporation now and I feel they're just interested in taking care of the big boys

Got messed around here. I get that they are busy but took 4 days to get them to come and check the combine, each time I called it was always they will be there the next day
