The materials and initial customer service were great. Unfortunately, the faulty installation and lack of ownership on behalf of CK was sub par. My bathroom that was completed 18 months ago by CK is now completely gutted. CK, nor their insurance company, will return a call. We are also out thousands. Do not go with this company. They were a costly mistake.
