BK has the best selection and great service! The gal who works in there is amazing; she went above and beyond to make sure I was getting exactly what I wanted. Would highly recommend.

BK the floor store is amazing! They have installed our floors in our home and we love it! they are professional and Honest courteous trustworthy and comprehensive! I highly recommend them for your flooring needs

BK has been great to work with. I asked for installation before I went on vacation and although that was short notice and they made it happen. Looks great installed and was just what we expected. They followed up by calling a few days later, to make sure we were satisfied.

I wouldn't recommend anyone conduct business with this organization. They performed a poor quality installation. They have been scheduled multiple times to come back and fix their work, each time they have been a no show or call. BK has zero customer service, a 1 star rating is honestly too high.
