The technician came in, thoroughly explained to us the problem, called his boss who then drove the part to him, and fixed it. After a year of trying to figure out the problem, and multiple saying there isn’t one, the problem was fixed!
He’s the BEST! He helped out on a Saturday and was genuinely happy to do it. We’d call Josiah again in a minute.

I was flipping a house and the AC had given up on me. The temperature outside was like 105° degrees and inside the house was 93°. I had called Air comfort heating and cooling and Susie had answered me and asked all the right questions. She was super sweet and helpful over the phone. I didn’t think they would be able to get me in the same day but then Josiah and Matt were able to come out that same day. They were very knowledgeable and friendly. They quickly fixed the AC for us! I would highly recommend them to others!

Holly came out, on time and was very professional! She provided very good advice on how the job should be done, how to do it right.

So far so good. I just had a estimate done so far and Holly was very thorough measuring and calculating all aspects for install. Went downhill at install. Told installers I planned on reusing furnace but they still cut wires inside of it and removed parts. New furnace is extremely noisy but was told after installation that ductwork also needed replaced. It has caused many sleepless nights. They have already returned more than once and replaced one part and made adjustments. Video below of the noise and picture of how they left furnace they took out.

Mario was very professional when he arrived and after he did his inspection and found the problem he went thru the diagnosis with me in great detail. He went thru the pictures and explained the problem and the estimate of repairs and financial options. Great tech.

Mario was very professional and polite when it came to fixing our furnace. He seemed to follow proper sanitary protocols and was quick to jump on the problem. When questions were asked, Mario was thoughtful and made understanding the problem very easy! I would recommend Air Comfort Heating & Cooling, and especially recommend Mario's services!!
