Rented a stump grinder today. The staff and equipment I used were top notch. I will definitely be back to rent from these guys. It is worth the drive from Hastings! Thanks Randy!
Don’t rent here. Rented a lift for a week and I got it set up and the batteries were dead. I spent most of the day charging the machine. Once charged it still didn’t work right(probably because the batteries were all corroded and not properly maintained) so I decided to take the lift back to the store since I wasted an entire day. I tried to load it up and there were sensors not working and I couldn’t move it. So it was stuck in my yard for 3 days. While all this was all happening I called multiple times and talked to the manager and staff. They cared ZERO percent about any of the trouble. The manager was rude and never did apologize for anything. They just said the person that knows more isn’t here. Terrible experience and I wasted a day that I took off from work

Ordered a large skid steer T66 or larger, was given an old small Bobcat T590 that couldn't lift what we needed. Expensive equipment for not doing the job it was purchased for.

They were very friendly and help load and unload everything. There prices are really reasonable and I will spend extra time to drive from hadtings to rent from them again.

Equipment broke while we rented it. Had trouble getting them to come fix it. Lost a whole day of work and then they charged me for the day we could not use the machine. Will never rent there again!
