I cannot say enough good things about Island Heating & Air. I have been a customer for a number of years now, and their customer service is outstanding! They operate like a fine tuned machine. The entire staff is comprised of very nice individuals from top to bottom. They are very accommodating, professional, polite, thorough and knowledgeable. I wouldn’t think of having anyone else service my air conditioner or furnace. Excellent company and great service!

Very friendly. Straight forward and didnt try to suggest anything “extra” other than what was requested. After getting our furnace with them and having such positive experience, we’ll keep going back!

Tyler worked tirelessly to make sure my furance was functioning. I appreciate the service and determination. I was fearful of being without heat on a very cold day and that didn’t happen. Thank you for being prompt in your service.

Recently employed IH&A for duct-cleaning services, and had a great experience! The two technicians were extremely polite, efficient, clean and attentive to our needs, and even cleaned and better-secured the dryer vent! Greg G and the IH&A team are our “indoor climate control company”; and help us maintain our furnace, humidifier, dehumidifier & ductwork, and we highly recommend their

The gentleman that was here was very helpful, very well informed and stayed until he was sure it was fixed. Unfortunately it was the second time I had them out here for the gas smell, they could not smell it the first time. After the utilities company came to my home and verified there was a leak, it was finally fixed and no more odor!

Very nice company. Came right out and looked at our unit and fixed it. Explained what was wrong, and made sure everything was working correctly before they left. Would highly recommend this company.
