Worked on patio door 4 times now, hopefully this time it works. Service has been great it's just been tough to get it fixed ?we'll see what happens ?

If your delivering to this company in a semi-truck. Make sure u come in from the bar alley way. Look on Google maps it's wider. Take your time

Good people working the back room here, the dock is a little difficult to get into but if you are a seasoned driver you should be ok. Not for newbies lol.

I have Pella windows because they came with my home but I would never ever willingly buy these windows or work with this company. The windows have problems, the warranty claims department is barely responsive, and the customer service and billing departments from Rapid City are non-existent. Just the absolutely worst/nonexistent customer service I’ve ever had.
