The light switch in my laundry room wasn't working so we had them out to see what was going on. Jesse was very thorough in his inspection and found an outlet in our crawl space that was firing every time I flipped the switch. It was black and smoking when he showed it to me! He safely removed it and advised on a few things we should look at having upgraded on the 'homemade house' we purchased a few years ago. We'll definitely be calling Accent when the time comes! They LITERALLY saved our house from burning down!
