Horrible horrible horrible. Communication is not even in their vocabulary the guy at the desk didn't even look up from his computer to tell me that the reservation I had for a lift first thing in the morning wouldn't be there till 9 and that the other guy should have told me that. No I'm sorry no apology just told me I'd be there at 9 a.m. zero compassion didn't care I have been in business for 45 years never had a rental company treat me like this terrible terrible terrible
Had free Gatorade on a hot day, equipment worked flawlessly.

Don't do much good if their equipment breaks down and you loose a day to fix the equipment you rented. I will say after a very rude conversation they did finally make it rite with me. By rude I mean on their end of the phone. Like saying they don't want to talk to me anymore and hangingup. Makes you really feel like coming back in there. One person can ruin it for the other guys that are customer friendly.

Very poor customer service. Called with questions about renting equipment and the man on the phone responded with questions to belittle and didn't seem at all like he actually wanted any business. Very frustrating. If I could give 0 stars I would.
