Wow! That is the only way we know how to describe our experience with Sam and his team. His entire staff are 110% professional from the first phone call I made until the check was signed at the end. They are all very kind and listen to your instructions very carefully. It was amazing to watch them move and hustle so quickly yet be so careful with your belongings! We recently used KMC for a move. I highly recommend them. They sent five men (three were college age) and they arrived early to our house and ready to work. They quickly got to work and took apart large furniture pieces (mirrors off of dressers and bed frames) while stacking boxes in common locations. They definitely all knew what they were doing and were trained very well, because the foreman of the job wasn't having to micromanage anyone. They all worked together very seamlessly and loaded our entire five bedroom home (plus patio furniture and garage storage) in 5 hours. Then they drove to our new town and unloaded the truck in about 3-4 hours. They also happily loaded a very heavy piano for us that was located in the basement of the home we moved into and unloaded it at a family members home (this was pre planned in advance). So far the only damage I've found is a very small chip in the trim around a bedroom door, probably got nicked by something. None of our belongings were damaged. The ONLY complaint I have is that upon unloading, several boxes were placed in the wrong rooms in our new home. I caught several while they were unloading and found several more while unpacking and looking for specific items. Each time I found one, they were happy to take it to the correct room for me. But I'm the grand scheme of things, having to take some boxes to a different room in my home is small potatoes compared to all of the incredible work they did. These guys were also working for 12 hours straight and the only times they even sat down was while they were driving. I never saw a single one take a break other than for a quick drink!
