I've have used Controlled Comfort for over 20 years. They replaced my AC and Heating System once and I subscribe to their annual service contract. I have always been satisfied with their service, honesty and professionalism. From the office staff to the service techs, I couldn't be more pleased.

Phenomenal experience today. I called in the morning, Kathy was very informative and professional, tech, Kevin, called 20 minutes out, ran through his diagnostics list, discovered the problem, fixed, professional, made sure everything was firing on all cylinders, double checked pressures and temperatures coming out of unit. Wore booties in the house. Highly recommended and will be sure to be first person we call if we have any future issues with hvac. Thanks Controlled Comfort for a wonderful experience today.

They sent out a HVAC service technician named Eric and he did a great job. He worked methodically and efficiently to diagnose my AC issue. While he worked he answered all my questions and even explained in detail how my AC worked. If you want good service, provided by people that know what they are doing, then I recommend you call Controlled Comfort.

Controlled Comfort did a great job at fixing my AC issue. They handled all the warranty processing that was available and were very thorough with the servicing of the AC unit. Highly recommend them and kudos to Hank for doing a phenomenal job!!

We have used Controlled Comfort for years. The techs are always great! We have had one fix in the many years that we have used them and it was a part that failed. Always great customer service!

Very good exceptional service. A great overall inspection of my air conditioning and cleaning inside as well as outside. Very satisfied with the work that was done.
