We worked with Lynn for our blinds and she was the absolute best! She gave us different options for blinds but she heard what we were looking for and found exactly the look we wanted for our home and got it within our price point. I could not be happier with the look and quality of the blinds. Lynn was so nice to work with and Jeremy did a phenomenal job on the install. Entire house had blinds in an hour and a half. I would highly recommend this team to anyone and everyone!!
We had the privilege of working with Lynn at Integrated Windows on new window coverings throughout our home earlier this year. Throughout the process, Lynn was an excellent communicator and went above and beyond to guide us through the sometimes overwhelming process. Even after one covering didn't quite turn out how we expected, she worked together with us to make sure we were happy. And I can say, we are very happy! I'd definitely recommend Lynn at Integrated Windows to anyone looking to update their home, be it 100 years old like ours, or even brand new construction. After completing our kitchen remodel, we needed new blinds for our main floor. Feeling a bit overwhelmed and unsure of where to start, we were fortunate to receive a recommendation for Integrated Windows. Sally’s help during the decision-making process was outstanding. She took the time to understand what we were looking for and had great suggestions that fit our needs. Ashley was also helpful when I stopped in the showroom, and the professional installation was flawless. I highly recommend Integrated Windows!

Love our new Hunter Douglas Vignette shades! Staff was wonderful to work with and so helpful. It is so nice to have PowerView shades. Love how they look in our home. Recommend.

Integrated Windows was wonderful to work with, helping us find beautiful custom blinds for our entire home in the Ashbury neighborhood. Lynn went above and beyond, presenting us with a thoughtful gift after our first order was installed and offering us a returning customer discount when we finished the rest of our home blinds later. She and everyone at Integrated Windows were kind, efficient, and wonderful to work with! And costs were the same as Costco with much better quality. Would recommend them to anyone!

We were looking for help repairing and updating the Hunter Douglas vertical blinds that the previous owner had installed in our home. We had no previous experience with Hunter Douglas or Integrated Windows but Lynn was able to help us with everything we needed. She was incredibly knowledgeable, patient and friendly and exceeded all of our expectations.

Over and Above normal service. We purchased Hunter Douglas Windows Coverings for our new Home 20 years ago. We recently experienced an issue with one of the shades. We stopped by Integrated Blinds for assistance and they delivered. Stopped by our home to identify the shade, removed the shade, took it to be repaired and then came back and installed. Keep in mind we didn’t purchase from Integrated. In todays world this kind of service just doesn’t happen, but it did. Thank You Lynn.

The Integrated team has been great to work with. We purchased a new home in the area, without any window coverings. Sally was awesome to work with, the team was timely and courteous. Hunter Douglas hit a couple snags during our fabrication, and the Integrated team was quick to update us. Once ready for install, they came in and knocked it out of the park! Highly recommend talking with Integrated if you are in the need for any window coverings!

Sally made the entire process painless and easy! Best of all, she was able to place a blind that opens in a semicircular window -I had been looking for one for years. I would use Integrated Windows and Sally again in a heartbeat!!
