First off I've had my kitchen cabinets done and my windows and Iam not disappointed! From the sales man who we loved(Justin ) to the install team who did the job. They we funny kind efficient and thourall. They work with us to find options that fit your budget without compromising the quality! Also life time warranty:) . I love everything and they were very committed to communicating with you every step of the way. And the end results were stunning. The cabinets doors were so much better quality very heavy and anything you spill on them wipe right off without running the integrity of the door. They will definitely last forever. Highly recommend this company the quality of the refacing is way better then buying new.

Walter was our installer for our new shower. He introduced himself right away. Very polite. Very friendly. He laid the protective cloths down right away. i could tell he had his work planned for each day. He asked questions when he needed to; otherwise he worked thoroughly throughout both days. We were impressed and pleased with Walter's work and with your companies follow through. Pictures from beginning to end. Thank you Mad City and especially thank you Walter for your hard work.

Jesse n Cody were very professional n courteous. They kept me in the loop on their progress. Friendly and personable and knowledgeable. They took pride in their work and kept the area clean when done and even passable while working. Thorough in explaining what to use to maintain. There were some placement concerns, so he explained everything to show how it would look so I could decide.. appreciated the extra step! Never felt rushed or pressured...
Would recommend him and his work ethic any day!

My wife and I are so happy with our new shower from Mad City! It looks great!! The installer, Jim did an amazing job with our 111 year old house, he worked hard installing & cleaning up afterwords each day, he was great to work with!!! So happy with everything. A++++

I highly recommend Mad City. Every one that was involved in my shower project was absolutely wonderful!!! Mike set the tone. He was punctual, polite, and informative. He answered all my questions, he wasn't pushy, and he explained everything great. Next they sent out their measure technician Blake. He also was punctual and polite. Then installment day came. Alex and his partner were absolutely amazing. They too were punctual, polite, informative and didn't get annoyed when I would ask questions or would sneak a peek to see their progress. They ran into a small challenge but mastered it like champs. It took them two days to complete. They kept their work area clean and when they left you couldn't tell they were there except for my beautiful shower.
If you need your bathroom upgraded and/or remodeled I highly recommend you call Mad City. They will not disappoint!!

Austin and his team were great. Installed a very bright white and sturdy shower to replace a very old tub/shower surround. They worked efficiently to get the job done and communicated everything that was happening as they completed the work. Completed work as contracted with no additional fees for running into issues…like prior owner plumbing creativity found after taking out old tub surround. Definitely would hire again.

Mad City did a fantastic job installing our new shower/bath area. After the first day there was some miscommunication that ocurred however they made it right. The installers, Oscar and Caleb, had to redo some of what was done the day before and they were happy to do it. They were very professional and respectful. They took their time to get it done right. The finished product looks amazing and they left my bathroom cleaner than when they started. I would definately recommend them to anyone.
