They're a joke. Who uses nails to hang drywall? My entire house is nothing but nail pops and the whole back wall is cracked. They came by 3 times to fix it. All they did was punch the nails back in and mud over them. I didn't even bother painting when I saw that. It's been 3 years since the last repair and EVERYTHING has resurfaced. I'm saving up money to have a real drywall place come out and screw in every panel.

Had Dallman do the drywall in my new garage I built, ran into the following issues. 1. Lack of communication on scheduling, had to follow up often with them in order to keep things moving or know when I could expect people out next. 2. Had to keep calling them back over to fix things that were done incorrectly. I in the end quit calling and just finished/cleaned up some of the things up on my own, I didn't have the time to waste. Fast forward 6 months, I've a giant crack in my ceiling spanning the entire width of the garage, I got told by one person "We should've put an expansion joint in to prevent that" Which they didn't suggest or offer when we were going over everything, then got told by the owner " No, we don't put expansion joints in" owner complained about being upside down on the job already due to multiple mistakes by their employees that didn't bid/quote it out correctly, initially asked for an adjustment in compensation for the job because of their mistakes. Ran into multiple instances of various employees in the organization saying conflicting things that don't line up. Examples of that are as follows. 1.Project scheduler when asked by me : "Do I need to make accommodations to cover up my flooring at all to protect it or clean it up?" Their response, "No, we'll take care of all the cleanup, shouldn't be an issue" What actually happened? They left a very dirty floor with drywall mud all over it, also left scratches in the garage floor coating due to their employees dragging scaffolding around without wheels on it. 2. Quoting team : Materials and labor is X cost, here is your quote. Me: Signed quote. fast forward to when they finished the job Owner: Calls me and says, my staff bid the job wrong, you owe us more money. 3.Engaging them to report an issue under warranty where I've a crack in my ceiling spanning the entire width of my garage Person on the phone while reporting the issue "It doesn't look like they put an expansion joint in, that should've been done for a multi-stall garage like yours, I'll get someone to come over and look at it" Guy that came over to look at it : Yeah, we should've put an expansion joint in. Owner : Oh yeah, no we shouldn't have needed to put an expansion joint in, I don't do that on places that are even bigger than yours and we don't have an issue, *Sigh* I'm already upside down on this job. I am still waiting for them to come over and fix the crack in the ceiling. I've a feeling based on how everything else has gone they're not going to fix it under the warranty. Full disclosure, They also did my house for me 5 years ago and knocked it out of the park, which is why I opted to give them additional work. I am not saying ALL work they do is poor, just my one singular experience here was very poor where they had multiple opportunities to rectify issues, kept screwing up. Edit: It's been multiple months later, they've not reached out and scheduled anyone to fix the defect in their work.

Dallman Drywall showed up at exactly the right time, did a fantastic job repairing extensive drywall and ceiling damage, returned phone calls quickly, and didn't even leave dust behind. Dallman's was the easiest part of our renovation to deal with. Even after all of that, the cost was reasonable and the estimate was spot on.

As with other reviews, I called and spoke to a very nice lady who said the scheduler would need to take care of me and would call me back (she was out to lunch at the time). No call back that day or the next. Decided to contact another company.

Awesome candy selection at the front desk. Twin snakes, sweet and sour. That Melanie lady complaining about traffic sounds fun at parties.

Hispanics Driver tried to run me off the road on 1-80. He pulled in front of me with several cars behind ne. I contacted main number on side of truck to talked to owner! They hung up! If the driver is this insensitive then the company he works for has to be straight trash! Go somewhere else where you will be respected!!

Waited two weeks for my appointment - no show. Called the company. They gave me a number to call and a name. No one returned that phone call. The receptionist at Dallman's didn't seemed concerned or offer to help get me connected.

I was told that I would have to wait 2 weeks just for a call back. 2 weeks went by and I didn't receive a phone call. I called them back and was told the following week I will receive a call and I never did. This was the case for over 7 weeks after speaking with 3 different people and I still did not receive a phone call back. All I wanted was some work finished in the basement. It wasn't a huge project so I'm assuming that's probably why they did want to bother with it.
